Was the Care Plan Followed?
When a person enters into a nursing home, there is an assessment or intake that happens. This intake notes issues such as immobility and how that needs to be addressed, rehabilitative issues and how to provide care and other issues that need special care or attention. The treatment plan is supposed to be followed and regularly evaluated and updated, based on a loved one's condition.
